FASCAR CLASSIC SERIES

Talladega, AL: Joseph Cardwell in his #31 Dr. Pepper Toyota will take us to the green flag on Sunday afternoon for the FASCAR Classic Cup Series Good Sam Club 500 at the Talladega Superspeedway. This is Joseph's 2nd Pole Award for the 2011 Season.

Starting 2nd will be Austin Ebach in his #95 Bass Pro Shop Chevy. Points Leader Mark Erickson Jr. will start 8th in his #24 Malibu Rum Dodge.

With only 3 races left in the 2011 FASCAR Classic Series Season things are surely heating up for Points Lead Mark Erickson Jr. and with 6 Drivers within 17 points of Mark, will the standings look different after Talladega on Sunday.

FASCAR CLASSIC SERIES

Talladega, AL: Angie Ebach with her #11 Folgers Dodge wins the FASCAR Classic Cup Series Good Sam Club 500 on Sunday afternoon at the Talladega Superspeedway.

Angie is now a 2 time winner at the Talladega Superspeedway. With this win Angie goes from 6th to 1st in the FASCAR Classic Series Standings.

Terri Erickson with her #1 Mountain Dew Dodge finished the race 2nd, giving Dodge the 1-2 finish in the Good Sam Club 500 on Sunday afternoon.

Vincent Cardwell with his #10 Little Debbie Ford was the highest home track finisher, finishing the race 3rd. This was Vincent's 1st Career Top 5 in the FASCAR Classic Cup Series.

Wendal Ebach with his #23 ND Game & Fish Chevy finished the race 4th and is only 6 points from 1st.

Joseph Cardwell with his #31 Dr. Pepper Toyota finished the race 5th and is only 9 points from 1st. Pretty Cool that we had all Car Manufacturers in the Top 5.

Up Next for the FASCAR Classic Series is the Truck Series Kroger 200 at the Martinsville Speedway this Saturday at 2:00 PM (EST) on SPEED. This will be the 1st time that we run at Martinsville Speedway in the FASCAR Classic Series.

I'm sure glad that we came out of Talladega with a good finish. I would like to thank Vincent for helping us out at the end of the race. He surely didn't have to being in a Ford. Congrats Vincent on your 1st Career Cup Series Top 5.

Congrats Angie on winning another Talladega race. You and Terri where very strong all day long it was very hard for me & Vincent to get pass you guys on that re-start. Great Job Ladies.
