Forgot One Thing...Remember this League is not just mine its all of you racing each and every weekend. That is why I'm alwayz asking for your comments about things.
I would also like to thank JCR Motorsports (Jonathan Carlisle) for the push to do some other stats for the League. Like the Track pages it has been something that I wanted to alwayz do but, just never did. Thanks Jonathan
You know next year will mark the 10th Year for FASCAR and I will say this I dont spend nearly as much time as I used to on it. I remember sitting down the first few years with a few pencils and paper to update the results and everything else and it would almost take me the week to get things done and then I got Excel which saved my life. (LoL)
When I stepped away from doing the Thunder & Nationwide Series it was one of the hardest things to do but, I had to do it. I have alwayz believed that family comes first and I had lost that belief. The other thing that I lost was having fun with this whole FASCAR Racing thing and if you are not having fun why do it.
So, when I sat down and thought about what would be fun to do the, first thing that came to my head was the Head2Head Series and I have to say this has been the funniest thing that I have done by far. Mark, you talk about the family being part of it and what is funny now is they cant wait to hear the results. They also know that if we are racing say on a Saturday afternoon that if its a great day to be at the lake fishing we are there and not a home.
Mark you said something about competition and I always try and get the best out there. This past year proved that.
But, in closing the BIGGEST THANKS goings to you all for racing each and every weekend because without you guys & ladies I couldn't do this each and every weekend.
I will say that it has been a tremendous joy to race in this league. And I am very thankful to be a member. With high interest I turn to 2013 and see what new horizons this league will bring to us all. Whatever happens we know that it will be fun and exciting.
Personally, I want to say thank you to Wendal, and Angie for allowing this league to be what it is. My first season with FASCAR I came oh so close to being rookie of the year. But from that point on I was hooked. Sure I tried my hand in other various fantasy racing leagues but they just weren't the same. And I didn't have that same sense of fun and enjoyment in them as I did here. To me that's a tremendous compliment to Wendal and how he operates the whole FASCAR league. So bravo, Wendal!
Along with having a great founder and president of the league, like Wendal, it also takes great team members to join the league and participate every week. So my sincere thanks goes out to each member of the league. From everyone there in the Ebach house (Wendal, Angie, Austin and Megan) to Linda, Mark, and Jennifer up there in Rugby. Jay in Chicago, and Rex there in Owensboro, KY. to Kevin in Richmond, and up the east coast to Matthew in PA and Phillip in Maine (both whom I hope are safe from the horrible effects by Sandy) and of course over to Steve in OKC. Thank you all so very much.
THANKS FOR A GREAT SEASON WENDAL MET ALOT OF NICE PEOPLE GREAT FUN LEAGUE TO BE IN AND NEXT YEAR WILL EVEN BE BETTER I COULD WIN THE BOTH OF THEM!!!!!! H2H AND DEFEND THE FASCAR CHAMPIONSHIP BY THE TIME THIS IS ALL DONE I WILL BE KNOWN AS MR 5 TIME HIMSELF LOL
