Rex Hobbs #27 FX - Chevy held off Jay Smogolski #1 Top Chef - Chevy & Jennifer Ebach #83 Tidy Cat - Dodge on Friday night to Capture his first career win in the FASCAR Classic Series by winning the Virginia 529 College Savings 250 at the Richmond Int'l Raceway. Congratulations Rex you are now Eligible for the FASCAR All-Star Race in May. Rex Hobbs becomes the 6th different winner of the 2012 Season and moves up 2 spots in the Standings to 5th. Jay Smogolski scored his 4th Top 5 of the season finishing the race 2nd. Jay moves up 1 spot in the Standings to 3rd. Jennifer Ebach scored her 1st Top 5 of the season finishing the race 3rd. Jennifer stays in the 13th spot in the Standings. Philip Hamm scored his 2nd Top 5 of the season finishing the race 4th. Philip moves up 2 spots in the Standings to 8th. Kevin Vincavage scored his 4th Top 5 of the season finishing the race 5th. Kevin stays in the 6th spot in the Standings. Points Leader Wendal Ebach finished the race 7th and gain 2 points over 2nd Place Matthew Bowen which finished the race 9th on Friday night. Wendal Ebach sets a NEW Alltime Record for Most Times at No. 1 -- Old Record was 8 Times by Mark Erickson Jr, New Record is 9 times. Wendal Ebach captured his 30th Career Top 10 on Friday night which leads all Drivers in Alltime Top 10's. Wendal Ebach leads in the 2nd Week of the Avg. Finish with a Avg Finish of a 4.0. Steve Willard sets a 2012 Record for the Lowest Points scored in a Nationwide Series Race -- Old Record was 154 Points scored by Jennifer Ebach back in Race 2, New Record is 147 Points.
