FASCAR CLASSIC SERIES NC EDUCATION LOTTERY 200 - CHARLOTTE MOTOR SPEEDWAY
Charlotte, NC: On Friday night, the FASCAR Classic Series will be racing in the Truck Series at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in the NC Education Lottery 200.
The last time the FASCAR Classic Series was in action we saw Vincent Cardwell's #10 Nerf-Ford drive into the Nashville 300 Victory Lane at the Nashville Superspeedway. Our points leader Mark Erickson Jr. finished the race 3rd and is 5 points ahead of Julie Cardwell in the FASCAR Classic Series Standings.Will we have our 6th different winner of the 2011 season come Friday night or will we have a repeat winner? Keystone Light Qualifying will be Thursday Morning at 10:00 AM (CST).

Charlotte, NC: On Friday night, Joseph Cardwell #2 Miller Genuine Draft 64-Toyota will take us to the green flag for the FASCAR Classic Truck Series - NC Education Lottery 200 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. This is Joseph's 1st career pole win and Joseph becomes the 2nd Adult driver to win a pole in FASCAR Classic Series history.
Linda Schmaltz #30 Crown Royal-Chevy will start outside of Joseph in the 2nd. This is Linda's only 2nd time starting on the front row the last time was back on Feb 28th 2010 in our very 1st race at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway where she finished 3rd.Our Points Leader Mark Erickson Jr. #24 Chick-Fil-A-Dodge will start this race 7th. The question come Friday night will be will we have our 6th different winner of the 2011 season or will we have our 1st repeat winner of the 2011 season?

Charlotte, NC: On Friday night, Joseph Cardwell #2 Miller Genuine Draft 64-Toyota took us to the Green Flag for the FASCAR Classic Truck Series - NC Education Lottery 200 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway and not much changed at the end of the race as Joseph Cardwell becomes the 6th different winner of the 2011 Season.
Joseph Cardwell becomes just the 2nd Driver in FASCAR Classic Series history to win the Pole and then win the race on race day. Angie Ebach did it last year at the Talladega Superspeedway. This was Joseph's 2nd Career win in the FASCAR Classic Truck Series.With this win Joseph jumps up 3 spots in the FASCAR Classic Series Standings and for the 1st time in his career he is #1 in the FASCAR Classic Series Standings.Terri Erickson #1 Skechers-Dodge finishes the race 2nd which is a career high finish for her. Terri moves up a spot in the standings to 5th.Linda Schmaltz #30 Crown Royal-Chevy finishes the race 3rd and get's her 1st Top 5 of the season. Linda moves up 2 spots in the standings to 10th.Wendal Ebach #93 Rhapsody-Chevy finishes the race 4th and get's his 11th Career Top 5. Wendal moves down a spot in the standings to 4th.Rounding out the Top 5 was Katie Cardwell #99 Oreo-Ford. Katie moves up 4 spots in the standings to 6th.Other News: Joseph Cardwell & Terri Erickson race scores broke into the All-Time Top 10 Scores at 8th & 10th. Austin Ebach breaks a record which is the Lowest Points Scored in the Truck Series which was set by Terri Erickson at 140 points -- the New Lowest Points in the Truck Series is 118 points.
Man, you guys surely have things clicking at the Dega Racing Shop this year. Leading in both Series is pretty good feeling -- believe me I know. (LoL)
You know I truely don't know about you all but, if we keep this up with different winners each race we are going to have one hell of a final race at Phoniex for the Championship.
